In late February, a small group of Fluence leaders will gather in Salt Lake City and head deep into Utah’s snow-covered mountains. The journey takes you by snowmobile through open snowfields and past an elk refuge before arriving at a remote mountain cabin. From the moment you arrive, everything happens there.
This is not a place you pass through. It is a place you settle into.
This experience is about immersion.
For three days, the remote cabin becomes the center of everything. Conversations, meals, masterminds, and experiences all unfold in one extraordinary setting surrounded by breathtaking wilderness. The environment is intentionally designed to remove distraction and replace it with presence.

The arrival sets the tone. Snowmobiles carry the group through pristine mountain terrain, across snowfields, and alongside an elk refuge before reaching the cabin. Once there, the wilderness becomes a constant backdrop. Vast, silent, and humbling in the best way.
On the second day, you will experience VIP guided snowmobile tours that push farther into the surrounding backcountry. These rides are designed to showcase the scale and beauty of the landscape while creating shared moments that naturally build trust and connection.
Inside the cabin, Fluence-style mastermind sessions anchor the experience. These are structured, facilitated conversations with leaders who know how to listen, challenge, and contribute.
